Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means your return must be shipped within 14 days of receiving your item. After 14 days, all sales are FINAL.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags.

We recommend shipping returns with a carrier that provides tracking to the destination. Customers are responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. 

Markdowns and final sale items

All marked down items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Holiday Season Returns

Items purchased from November 20 through the end of the year can be returned until January 5 or within 14 days of the original purchase, whichever comes later.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
If you are exchanging an item for a different size or color of the same item, write to us at info@lanadorada.com and let us know the details of the item that you would like. Once we have received your original item, we will send your new item to you within 3 business days.

If you would like to exchange an item for an entirely different product, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
